I bought this watch on nov 23 2014 I had it about a few weeks before I noticed that it stopped running after 40 minutes. I sent it to the Burgi repair center with an explanation of why it wasn't working and they made me wait 10 weeks before they sent it back to me still not working. this time they paid to have it sent back to them and they took another10 weeks to tell me it was still not working and they would send me another watch. after 20 weeks of not having use of it. They send it tom with out my apartment number on the ups order again by the way, It took me 3 attempts to get it delivered one of those was my telephones fault. I had to stay at home to not miss the delivery. So far the watch has not stopped. I am so mad at these people for not just sending me another watch immediately. It arrived Oct 15 2015. the watch is beautiful and well made.
