This is a good whiteboard. Not too hard to build and does its job. My one issue is that my board came with a couple of small nicks in the center area. You cannot see them, but you can feel them. They would not be an issue at all if they erased as cleanly as the rest of the board - but they do not. It is a small area and a minor annoyance at most. I like the board, but quality control should have caught it.Was an awesome product in the beginning. My question now is what number or email can I contact about these issues? My casters dont work great anymore because all the corrosion. The metal and bolts also have multiple corrosion issues. The glass has gotten multiple scratches on it as well.The writing surface on the board is excellent. The product arrived damaged and incomplete. Also the wheel casters are poor quality and don’t adhere.Holes don’t line up while putting together, so we need to drill new holes to make it work. We didn’t receive the magnets. Parts were everywhere when opened. Ordered because we wanted glass and portable, but would t recommend.The product itself was great...however, it was guaranteed by a certain date and did not arrive until 1.5 weeks after the guaranteed date.Intimidating to put together; I thought it flipped but it doesn’t seem to... definitely takes up a lot of space if you need a large whiteboard.Would give it 0 stars if possible, first one I ordered broke in transit, second one arrived on time yet box falling apart glass extremely scratched white legs have rust and scratches all on them. Glass is marred bad the “magnetic” back is dimpled and not cut to the edges it just overall looks horrible this was labeled for “professionals” I wouldn’t even let my kids use this I own a business and bought for that what a waste of $450 can’t even get product support or a call backMy boss really wanted this for a training at the last minute & it came through in time & it was so nice & totally gives off the look he was going for! Great sale too.
