Ugh, where do I start? I bought this watch because I love big watches that have a date display; unfortunately this is not the watch for me. 1) The glass (crystal) has a checkerboard cut on it distorting the date; it cannot be read. 2) The background appears to have divots in it. Combing that with the checkerboard cut on the glass makes it look like a golf ball tied to my wrist. Not pretty at all. 3) The gold tone metal looks as if it was painted on. In other words.....cheap. 4) The band is leather; however it also has a checkerboard cut to it making it look rough...like fish skin. Due to all this, and the price I am returning this watch. If those things don't bother you, you may love it. I hope my observations help you.
