I bought this as a mothers day gift and for my surprise the multi function part of the watch did not work, contacted amazon for this and explained them that I live outside the US so I could't make a return and as efficient as always they offered me a partial refund which I accepted. It has been lmost a week since my mom has this watch and it already shows signs of wear on the metal part of the wrist, it deffinitely doesn't look like a $345 watch, not even a $70 but as I was explained I am hoping this was just bad luck for me. I gave this watch 3 stars because for me is overprized but I give Amazon 5 stars for the excellent service!So I received my watch and immediately noticed that it differed from the picture/style I ordered. Not only that, but one of the chrono dials was not working.So basically they advertised a different style of watch, which is the one I wanted. I did let them know that it was not the style I wanted and they went ahead and charged me for a replacement watch....without my consent!I finally chatted online with a customer service rep and she confirmed to me that 1-my original purchase would be credited and 2-the replacement charge would be credited.So #1 finally happened this week.......still waiting for #2 to happen.Must say customer service was understanding and helpful.The watch is gorgeous and fits very nicely on my wrist. Its design is beautiful and seems to be well made. However, when I received my watch there were no directions! This is a big problem considering this watch has three other facings ( The date, Day, and 24 hr period). It took me awhile playing with it to figure out how to turn two facings to the correct date. It took me two days to figure out how to change the day of the week! If this product came with directions I would certainly give it 5 stars.Like another reviewer said, the knob fell off! I was coming online to replace it, but after reading that I guess I will find another watch. This was a gift for my mom and she really loved it. I don't want to get her another one if it breaks again!Got order fast, but-based on look item is OVERPRICED: it was posted as an original price of $345 and discounted to $69.99. Have anybody ever bought them for a full price? Cannot imagine.-No any paper or instruction enclosed. On Amazon movement posted as Swiss, on manufacturer's web- as Japanese movement for the same item?!I do like the watch if I could only get the date set. I am unable to get that to work.OMG! Loved this watch, but had to return it, as the strap came apart after 3 wearings.It's a pretty watch, but...I've worn it for two months and the gold tone is fading in several areas. I think I can wear it one more month before it looks awful, and I have to throw it away.love itIl prodotto è economico, l'ho pagato circa 25 euro, ed è carino. Ne avevo comprato tempo fa uno uguale ma rosso e devo dire che la visibilità delle lancette era migliore in quella versione perché c'era più contrasto di colore con il quadrante. Comunque, per il prezzo pagato, fa egregiamente la sua funzione e la sua figura.
