Just what I wanted . . . an attractive watch that indicates the time and date. Not wanting two or three inset dials measuring fractions of a second or phases of the moon actuated by two or more buttons that are cumbersome to manipulate, no flashy silver or gold finishes, no fabric or leather strap to deteriorate. The large and simple-to-read dial with muted black finish case and durable stainless steel link bracelet suits me just fine. I'm an old troglodyte who just wants a simple watch and not a flashy piece of jewelry - not trying to impress anyone. I was impressed, however, with the great price..
